Real estate investing with rental properties is such an adventure. In today's video, I want to go over no doc loans, low doc loans, and buying a rental property with no income! Real estate investing with property rentals can be a scary prospect (due to all those big numbers right!), but I have found that investors with the proper knowledge are able to make confident decisions! Investing with real estate does not have to be a privileged investment that only the elite are able to profit from, with the products on offer today most people would qualify to start investing with real estate. Ask most and they will tell you they never dreamed of getting into real estate investing with investment properties. But after seeing how a little smart's can go along way in the way of buying investment properties with a mortgage. Don't get me wrong, buying rental properties with a mortgage is a serious event and should be treated with respect (as with any real estate transaction), but make sure you are being cautious, not fearful of investing in rental properties. Buying a rental property is one heck of an adventure, and one of my main goals on this channel is to help you figure out how to do so for your self! Buying rental property may not be for everyone, but I have not met a person yet who fits that bill (most are just full of excuses). Now let's get out there and start buying rental properties (maybe with some Low Doc, and No doc loans)!
