Today's Question is: What is the difference between a Wrap Mortgage an an All Inclusive Trust Deed?

The answer is Yes. Wrap mortgages deal with a mortgage as a security instrument, and all inclusive trust deeds deal with a deed of trust as a security instrument. And it has to do whether or not you live in a judicial foreclosure state, or a non-judicial foreclosure state. Judicial states use mortgage as a security instrument, while non-judicial states use the deed.
