It’s important to be sure you’re on an Official site, when you get your bankruptcy records online – and today I’ll show you how to protect yourself.

Hello. I'm Maria, owner of Oldbankruptcypapers.com. We've been in business since 2006, and Bank of America selected us to be the Official Source of Bankruptcy Records for their Compliance Division.

Some websites make big promises – but don’t actually deliver what they promise. And it’s important to know you’re getting your official records, when you get them online.

This is really important when an Underwriter asks you for documents. If you don’t provide them everything they ask for, they might think you’re hiding something. And, if your Underwriter gets suspicious, they may ask for a lot of extra documentation… or they could turn down your loan entirely.

Let me show you what I mean…

Here is an example of how one 'flat fee' website is taking advantage of people:

Here are the pages they included in what they call their “complete bankruptcy package” - and here is what the Real complete bankruptcy file looks like. See the difference? The flat fee site only sent 63% of this person’s file - risking their loan approval!

Fortunately, there’s a simple solution…

It’s called a Docket Report – and we provide one with every full file order. Your Docket Report is the Most Important document in your bankruptcy case. That’s because, it’s the Official Bankruptcy Court Index of all documents included in your full bankruptcy file. And most importantly – it shows how many pages are really in your file.

Let me show you how an Underwriter uses your Docket Report to confirm all your records are there. Knowing this will help you get your mortgage approved faster, and easier.

Here's what your Docket Report looks like.

At the top it shows all your case information - your name and address - your attorney - and your Trustee. Then below, it lists every entry in your case, the date it was filed, and – most importantly – the number if pages for that entry. I’ve highlighted them here for you.

If an entry starts with “BNC Certificate” – you can skip that entry, because it’s just a duplicate.

All you have to do is quickly add-up these page numbers and compare them to the number of pages in the electronic copy of your bankruptcy. Electronic records always have the total number of pages listed at the top – like here where it shows there are 3 pages in this docket report.

Getting your Docket Report and making sure you have all your pages helps you get your mortgage approved faster, because your Underwriter can quickly see you’ve sent everything.

That’s why we always provide a free copy of your Docket Report when you order your Full Bankruptcy File!

So, just click on the big red “Order Now” Button to get all your records – and we’ll take good care of you… That’s my promise!

I’m Maria, from OldBankruptcyPapers.com. And “Thank You” for letting us help you!
