While I do agree with Graham that the 30 year Dave Ramsey's latest article on the blog fails to consider the "Opportunity Cost" of the first 15 years where you have essentially $5000 extra in your pocket .

While I do agree with Graham that the 30 year mortgage is better for most people, I do think that the numbers aren't all that matter.
