1. What (Defaults, CCjs, Missed payments, payday loans, bankruptcy)
2. When (the more recent the less chance)
3. Satisfy it, i.e. get it resolved and paid off.
4. The amount, the larger the mistake the more it impacts.
So my ideal bad credit scenario would be:
- Registered over 2 years ago. (It could be possible within 2 years but a larger deposit and it depends on the 4 factors above).
- Have a 15% deposit or existing equity (it maybe possibly with 10%)
