Troy’s career has taken him from a local mortgage consultant to an active member in the mortgage industry on a national level. Troy became a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and now travels regularly to Washington DC with a consortium of peers to discuss the future of the mortgage industry with Senators and members of Congress. In one of Troy’s recent trips for the MBA’s National Advocacy Conference, he spent time discussing ways to remove the various obstacles home buyers face.
