CMHC (mortgage insurer) is making some (small) changes to their policy for self employed applicants.

With the aim to make things a little easier to verify income, to add back some income used as tax deductions, and to help those who have been self employed for less than two years.

So is it going to be easy to get a mortgage while being self employed? No. But it is going to become a little less difficult for some. #MortgageWeekly
