And, when asked by NAR what are the most important traits in a real estate agent, Millennial buyers more than any other age cohort said that negotiation skills were of number one importance. And that's great, except the two traits Millennials said were least important were years in business, and knowledge of a given neighborhood and these two traits experience and knowledge they're extremely important when you're trusting a person to negotiate the biggest purchase of your life. You know a lot of things, and the internet can teach you a lot. But, it cannot teach you everything.
