Everyone one knows how much we can save by paying down our mortgage. We all know how much we could make investing over long periods of time. I wanted to create a simple spreadsheet that could compare mortgage payments and investments in simplified way but could also allow the a custom payment amount to be applied as either a mortgage principal payment or to an investment (in high yield dividend stocks) and could also be used to transfer money from the investment to the mortgage to pay it off early and become debt free faster!
