Justin Petruzziello has today is being recognized for over 20 Years of Extensive Knowledge and Experience in the mortgage loan industry for operations, standards and regulations. This recognition is, in part, a result of Petruzzello’s work within the Mortgage Loan Originator arena, specifically his expertise in U.S. VA Loans, U.S. Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Loan Origination, Investment Properties, and Construction. He is a strong finance professional with an Associate’s degree focused in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ocean County College.
Petruzziello, a native of The Jersey Shore, has been involved with Mortgage Banking for 20 + years, getting his start right out of college. In response to a question on the driving force behind his success, Petruzziello has explained how it really boiled down to him enjoying working with people who are striving to achieve the American dream of being home owners and helping them with that process.

Reflecting on the recognition Petruzziello is quoted as saying: “Home Buyers are the key to our success and we achieve our goals one borrower at a time”

In a recent one-to-one interview, Petruzziello reminisced on other past achievements, which helped build momentum towards the present day. Notably, one of the proudest was losing over 140 lbs and appearing in Men’s Fitness Magazine for his achievement. He was also on TV a few times, including CBS News because of his heroic efforts in saving a police officer’s life in Ohio. This incident also appeared on Court TV Americas Most Shocking Video’s.
Petruzziello stated his intentions for the future. The primary goal for the next 12 months, Petruzziello states, will be helping new potential home owners every single day with getting the right loan for their situation. Looking farther ahead, the aim is help create a strong economy by helping more individuals and families become home owners.
