Investing in mortgage notes is a great thing to do from your Self Directed IRA account. However, the process can be quite tedious and add a lot of extra time in a transaction. Your custodian has to review each document, send revisions if needs be and be the one that in the end funds the deal.
With Paperstac, we've now automated that process. Now you choose your Self Directed IRA company from the drop down in your account settings and attach that to a vesting profile.
Now when you choose that vesting profile in a transaction, you'll be presented with another to-do. At the same time, your custodian is also getting alerted.
They will be able to upload their own Direct Of Investment and have that as either a link or a download.
Investing in mortgage notes from your Self Directed IRA just got a whole lot easier. If you haven't connected your Self Directed IRA to your vesting profile in your Paperstac account, start that today.
